These Terms of Service govern the use of AMP, the Any Means Portal, operated by Any Means Creative. By using AMP, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, don't use AMP.
What AMP is
AMP is a video and podcast review and distribution platform. It lets Any Means Creative and its clients review video and audio content together, exchange feedback, and, once content is approved, publish it to connected platforms such as YouTube and Megaphone.
Accounts
You need an account, created for you by Any Means Creative staff, to use AMP. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of any video, audio, or other content you upload to or review through AMP. By using AMP, you give Any Means Creative the limited right to store, display, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the service, including temporarily hosting it on Cloudflare Stream for review and publishing it to platforms you've explicitly connected and approved. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload, and for making sure it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or any applicable law.
Connected platforms
If you connect a YouTube channel, Megaphone podcast, or any other third-party platform to AMP, you're authorizing AMP to take the specific actions you request on that platform, such as uploading a video or creating an episode, on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own separate terms of service, YouTube's Terms of Service among them. AMP is not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of those third-party platforms.
Publishing to YouTube. Where you ask us to publish to a YouTube channel, you authorize us to act on that channel on your behalf for that purpose, and you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. You can withdraw that authorization at any time from your account settings or from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Scheduling and publishing
AMP requires anything scheduled for publishing to be set at least 12 hours in the future. This is a deliberate safeguard, not a limitation you can request an exception to, and it exists to leave time to catch and correct mistakes before anything goes live.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AMP to upload content you don't have the rights to, to harass or abuse anyone through the feedback or comment features, to attempt to access another client's content or account, or to interfere with or disrupt AMP's operation in any way.
Suspension and termination
Any Means Creative may suspend or terminate your access to AMP if you violate these terms, or at its discretion for any other reason, including simply the end of a working relationship between you and Any Means Creative. You may stop using AMP at any time by contacting us.
Disclaimer of warranties
AMP is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Any Means Creative does not guarantee that AMP will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Any Means Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AMP. Any Means Creative's total liability for any claim relating to AMP will not exceed the amount you've paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
